M.J. Shaar - Positive Psychology organizational consultant

Today on the Brave Endurance Wellness Podcast, MJ (Marie-Josée) Shaar stops by for a chat. MJ is one of the most sought after experts on how to blend positive psychology and health promotion. She spent over 15 years studying, researching, testing, coaching, and teaching smart health habits, both nationally and internationally. She developed the Smarts and Stamina health promotion model, which limits the amount of self-discipline needed to develop and maintain healthy habits. She now trains wellness professionals and other health enthusiasts in how to use that model, and in positive psychology skills. MJ received her undergrad at McGill University in Organizational Behavior, followed by a Master of Applied Positive Psychology at University of Pennsylvania. She's certified as a Wellness Culture Coach, a Personal Trainer, and a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant.
